How long will it take to deliver my order?

We offer a free 1st Class delivery service for all UK orders. Once your item was marked as dispatched, it should be delivered on the next working day. Delivery time might be slightly longer during busy times.

When my order will be dispatched?

Orders placed before 9am (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, that once your order has been marked as dispatched, we won’t be able to alter the address.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order we are unable to change your payment details, or the quantity, size, etc. You can however cancel your order and/or place a new one.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve changed your mind about an order you’ve just made, you can request that it’s cancelled within an hour of your purchase and as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If it’s been longer than an hour, you can still contact us and ask if the order can be cancelled for you. If the order has been already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order – but once you receive your order you can start a return request and ask for a refund.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or just simply you’ve changed your mind, you can return it for a refund or exchange it within 60 days of when you purchased it.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

When the package arrives damaged or when the item in the package is damaged, it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible. Damage claims should be supported by electronic evidence showing clearly the damaged contents, original packaging and the shipping label. Please don’t dispose the original packaging or damaged item(s) as Royal Mail may need to inspect them.

To initiate a claim, please use the option “ask for a refund” in your order details.

Bulk / Multi-buy/ Wholesale discounts

We are offering discounts for larger orders. If you would like to find out more or wish to place a bulk order, please contact us or send your enquiry using the form available in the wholesale section on our website.

Can you customize the products?

Unfortunately, we are not the manufacturer and we are unable to bespoke the products available in our shop.
