Delivery time depends on the service you’ve selected. Once your item was marked as dispatched, 2nd class letters should take 2-3 working days to be delivered and 1-2 working days for 1st class letters.
Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. If you place your order by 9am on one of these days, your order will be dispatched on the same day.
If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, that once your order has been marked as dispatched, we won’t be able to alter the address.
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order we are unable to change your payment details, or the quantity, size, etc. You can however cancel your order and/or place a new one.
If you’ve changed your mind about an order you’ve just made, you can request that it’s canceled within an hour of your purchase and as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If it’s been longer than an hour, you can still contact us and ask if the order can be cancelled for you. If the order has been already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel your order – but once you receive your order you can start a return request and ask for a refund.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or just simply you’ve changed your mind, you can return it for a refund within 60 days of when you purchased it.
We are offering discounts for larger orders. If you would like to find out more or wish to place a bulk order, please contact us or send your enquiry using the form available in the wholesale section on our website. Providing as much information as possible will help to speed the reply time.
